Hanyue Yao is an artist living and working in New York. She is an artist originally from Sichuan, China, whose passion for painting and crafts began at an early age. After studying Industrial Design at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, she shifted her focus to illustration, pursuing her artistic education at the School of Visual Arts in New York. 

Hanyue specializes in digital illustration, while also demonstrating expertise in clay sculpture, oil painting, mixed-media artwork, crochet, and Jewelry design & making. Her diverse skill set allows her to blend traditional and contemporary techniques, creating captivating visual experiences across various forms.
